Peppers, Fall Greens (If Available), Winter Squash, Sweet Potatoes–
A hands-on class on preserving and preparing harvest from the fall garden. We will prepare and taste recipes made with items such as sweet potatoes, greens, winter squash, peppers, and more.
All classes will be held at the Unity Park and Community Garden – 1519 College Ave, SW, Lenoir.
