Pork Chops are a wonderful cut of pork that is pretty lean like many of other cuts of pork. A great recipe to try this weekend is Honey Garlic Pork Chops. It’s wonderful with a side of roasted vegetables, and from this recipe, it is 348 calories. What a great source of proteins.
