Caldwell County Master Gardeners are hosting a free community-outreach event at the City of Lenoir Unity Park & Community Gardens tomorrow, June 19, 2025. The event will be from 5:30 to 7:00 pm.
There will be a pollinator garden tour, food demonstrations, free blueberry snow cones, kids' activities, and more! Check out the full schedule below.
"Come on out for a free evening of food, flowers, and fun," Master Gardener Ellen Roberts said. "Whether you’re a seasoned gardener or just love being outdoors, there’s something for everyone."
The City of Lenoir built the David R. Horn Educational Pavilion earlier this year to support events and activities like this at the gardens. The City od Lenoir also paved the parking lot, built a new restroom, and added more accessible parking for visitors.
