A fun, educational clinic for youth and horses is just in time for summer!
The West District Horsemanship Clinic will be held at the WNC Ag Center in Fletcher, NC on Monday, June 21-Wednesday, June 23. Youth will receive professional instruction and have time to participate in horseback activities, a picnic, social, and recreation for $80.
Each child brings his/her/their own horse. For more information view the 2021 clinic packet.

Clinic Scholarship
The West District 4-H Horse Advisory Committee is also pleased to offer a scholarship to the summer horsemanship clinic in WNC. This scholarship is in honor of Becky and Joe Jenkins who loved horses and loved 4-H.
The form (view and download here) can be submitted by an agent, 4-H club leader, or 4-H member. The scholarship award amount is $100 and application forms are due June 7, 2021, at 5 p.m. The scholarship recipient will be notified shortly after the deadline.
