4–H is a voluntary, educational program for youth ages 5-18. Its approach to youth development is through hands-on learning.
The three main program areas are STEM and agriculture, healthy living and civic engagement. The four H's stand for Head, Heart, Hands, and Health.

How Do I Get Started?
Fill out an enrollment form on 4-H Online; pick a project; sign up for a workshop; or stop by N.C. Cooperative Extension, Caldwell County Center and talk with Gabby Whorley, 4-H Youth Development Agent, about your interests!4-H Online Enrollment Website - Create a family profile or login to an existing one.
